For anyone involved in the management of a construction business, Aspire are worth the investment of your time and energy. Very well structured program that provides a road map for business improvement based on your criteria. Coaches are excellent, location is worth the trip and the content of their approach, while may be challenging to begin with, is supported with real examples and as much guidance as you need.

I highly recommend this workshop to anyone in a business role within the construction industry. I've attended twice and gained incredibly valuable insights each time. I’m now planning to enroll in the full program. Aspire is an excellent resource for those without a formal business background who want to succeed in their role. I’ve already referred two friends to the workshop, knowing they’ll benefit from it as well—whether they choose to invest in the full program or just attend the workshop. Fred Farris has also been really great about staying in touch, following up, and offering mentorship and support in areas where I’ve needed a bit of extra help as a relatively new business owner. Even though I haven’t officially started his program yet, that kind of genuine care and commitment to my success has really stood out—and I think it speaks volumes about the kind of people behind Aspire. I’m excited to take the next step and get started!

To be honest, I was hesitant to take time out of my work week to attend the Workshop. I decided to go because I believe any chance to learn something from someone else is worth it. In the end, its was well worth it; I learned several ways to improve my business and many things to work on. Fred followed up personally with a well-planned and thoughtful one-on-one meeting with tools he sent beforehand and even more to think about to help me improve. I highly recommend attending.
