Spot on coaching and support. I would recommend this to anyone running a construction business

Fred’s Seattle workshop was so informative and helpful for us at Holbeck Construction! So many of us contractors get into business with a great work ethic and a relentless drive to build quality projects. We are very committed to our jobs and are very skilled at the day to day operations that lead to the success of our company. Now, the business side of things are often severely lacking, or we are running outdated systems that worked thirty years ago, but won’t help us thrive in modern times. This is where Fred comes in and the team at Aspire. Fred knows the business inside and out. A true master of his craft at helping contractors to get paid for the high risk and high stress work that we do. There are so many leaks in the profitability bucket that most contractors are not even aware of. This is what Fred does in a nutshell. He fixes the leaks in the bucket and makes your company more profitable-it’s as simple as that. Fred is so authentic and gracious with his time. He traveled all the way up to meet with us at our home the day after the workshop to add even more value, and to look at the numbers of our business specifically. If your thinking about going to his workshop or reaching out to his team don’t hesitate.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Aspire is. I believe that their seminar, and potentially a further collaboration, will greatly increase our bottom line. They provide insights into my every day processes, that seem simple looking back but I had not considered. I would recommend this seminar to any small business owner.

I learned a lot about what we were doing wrong in our business, and was provided with a significant number of tools that I will be able to use to increase the gross margin of my company (and therefore my net profit!). Fred was both entertaining and informative, and I am looking forward to putting the tools into play. There are a number of places where we have been leaking money that I should now be able to plug, and there are ways of looking at efficiency that I wish I had known years ago when I started this business. I recommend the seminar to everyone who owns a contracting business. Everyone involved at Aspire is really smart, and genuinely seems to care about making everyone they meet a better business person.
